WHERE WE WORK

Four counties, one truck away

We cover Lake, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties out of Mount Dora. Thirty-eight towns with their own page, and plenty more in between.

BY COUNTY

How far we are from you

Times are the drive from our shop in normal traffic. They are honest baselines, not promises about a particular day.

WHAT EACH AREA NEEDS

The plumbing is not the same everywhere

Housing stock, water and ground conditions change across the four counties, and so does the work.

Lake County

Home ground. Our shop is on North Orange Blossom Trail in Mount Dora, so Lake County calls get the shortest drive we have. A lot of the housing here is older, which means galvanized supply line and cast iron drain still in service, and limestone groundwater that is hard on water heaters and fixtures.

Altoona, Astatula, Clermont, Eustis, Fruitland Park, Grand Island, Groveland, Howey-in-the-Hills, Lady Lake, Lake Gem, Leesburg, Mascotte, Minneola, Montverde, Mount Dora, Mount Plymouth, Sorrento, Tavares, Umatilla, Yalaha

Orange County

Orlando and the towns around it, where we do a mix of older bungalows and newer slab-on-grade construction. Slab means leaks get located electronically before anything gets opened up, which is most of what we do down here.

Apopka, Bay Hill, Maitland, Ocoee, Orlando, Tangerine, Windermere, Winter Garden, Winter Park

Seminole County

Sanford, Lake Mary and Longwood. Established neighborhoods with mature trees, which is the single biggest cause of root intrusion in sewer lines. We camera the line before quoting rather than guessing at it.

Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Springs

Volusia County

DeLand and Deltona, at the eastern edge of our run. Plenty of well and septic systems out this way, so pumps, pressure tanks and water treatment come up more often here than anywhere else we work.

QUESTIONS

Coverage questions we get asked

Do you charge more if I am further away?

No. The price is the same whether you are five minutes from the shop or forty-five. What changes is how quickly we can get to you, which we will tell you honestly when you call.

My town is not on the list. Do you still come out?

Often yes. The towns listed are where we run daily, but we cover Lake, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties generally. Call and we will tell you straight away rather than take the job and let you down.

How fast can someone actually get here in an emergency?

It depends where you are and what else is running. The drive times above are the honest baseline from our shop in normal traffic. We answer the phone 24/7, so you will get a real answer about timing rather than a callback.

Do you work outside these four counties?

Not routinely. We would rather cover this area properly than spread thin and turn up late. If you are just outside it, call and we will tell you whether we can help or point you at someone who can.

Burst pipe? No hot water? Sewage backing up?

We answer 24/7, Monday through Sunday.
